A Sales Order at FutureSafe is a digitally signed document prepared by our sales team, outlining the base contractual terms, initial set of products or services, and other relevant information. Typically valid for 12 months, the Sales Order ensures clarity, transparency, and accurate billing.
We are adding the possibility of co-terming Sales Orders by means of a Sales Order amendment. An amended Sales Order will maintain its original expiration date, allowing for license increases mid-term without having to track multiple expiration dates across your client base

We are transitioning from NET 7 to NET 30 terms, implementing a 1.5% monthly interest charge on past due invoices, and enforcing a 30-day automatic suspension for unpaid balances.
Our billing will shift to be based on fixed Sales Orders and amendments, not utilization. Invoices will be sent automatically upon signing the initial Sales Order, and we offer payment methods including autopay by credit card for invoices under $5,000/month and ACH or wire transfer for larger amounts.
